When starting to look for a new nanny position , I got contacted by Hend who is the head of the agency called “The Nurtured Child“.  During previous job hunts I signed up with several agencies , but after came to the conclusion that agencies are not giving me the support I was looking for. Not so with this one though! From the very beginning with Hend introducing me to the job description, her arranging interviews and in the end negotiating terms of the contract – I felt professionally supported throughout the whole process.  She found the right balance between doing what is right for the family and supporting me as a nanny with any issue, also after I started the job. An agency that is definitely setting an example from which most other agencies can only learn from.
