We originally contacted The Nurtured Child to find a temporary emergency 24-hour nanny/sleep trainer when I nearly had a breakdown from a lack of sleep. Hend was very understanding and sensitive and took the time to really understand our family’s situation and needs. She was supportive and compassionate and full of helpful ideas, and within a day or two had found us a nanny who was able to come help us out. In less than a week, the nanny had gotten our daughter, who had been waking 4+ times a night, and feeding each time, down to waking once a night. We contacted Hend again several months later when we needed a permanent part-time nanny. Again, she took lots of time to listen. She sent us several candidates, communicated with us during the entire search, and eventually we found someone who was the right fit for our family. We are thrilled with our nanny, and the whole experience with The Nurtured Child was very positive. We hope to have our nanny with us for a very long time, but if we ever needed to search again Hend would be the first person I’d call.
